Not the best examples but it was hard to find any pictures of myself! I've always been the picture-taker & hardly ever in them. If I was, I made sure to be behind someone!
I'm down a little over 50 lbs but the best thing is having less joint pain, shortness of breath and fatigue! And no more constant food noise! I can listen to my body telling me when it needs to eat & when I'm full. Those jeans in the bottom pic used to hardly button!
