Frequently asked questions
General
Orders will ship via USPS Monday through Friday within 24 business hours. Tracking will be provided usually same day after 3 p.m., or the next business day. If a shipment appears lost, after 10 days, it will be replaced. If you receive the original shipment, a return label will be sent or you can pay to keep the product(s).
If special order kits are placed, the lead-time can be 10 to 15 days.
To place an order, hover over the product and add the item to your cart. When you are ready, you can checkout from the cart menu. Payments must be made offline within 24 hours via Venmo, Apple Cash, CashApp, or PayPal Friends and Family. Orders will generally ship out within 24 business hours via USPS. If you ordered a kit, the lead-time may be longer, generally 10 to 15 days.
If after 10 days your shipment seems to be lost and is not showing tracking updates, it will be replaced. If the shipment arrives, we will send you a return label or you can keep the additional product by sending payment.
If for some reason a customer is not satisfied, reasonable accommodations will be provided.
You can log back into the website to check your order status. Tracking numbers are always provided directly on your order. Depending on how you set up your account, you may or may not receive an email with the tracking number information, but all order status is available to view and updated on the website.
You can also text 214.600.5585 to inquire about order status. You must provide the order number for a fast response.
We will respond to inquiries Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Orders are marked as paid when they are received, and should ship same day or next day on weekdays. We may need to send you an email or text to verify your payment method or you can email or text us if 2 days have passed and you do not have a tracking number attached to your order to verify payment was received.
100% satisfaction is guaranteed. We may ask questions to fully understand your issues and concerns. Products will be replaced, lost shipments will be shipped again, refunds will be provided. You have no worries!
COAs and Third party lab results are posted on the product pages. If you see a product and are curious about a COA or cannot view the entire COA, send an email to inquire further.
Offline payments are only allowed at this time and are shown on the checkout page. You must only reference the order number on your payment note. This is absolutely critically important.
